Commercial Sales Estimator

In paving, the estimator is the salesperson. You’ll walk lots with property managers, HOA boards and facility directors across Miami-Dade, measure and price the work, and close it. This is a commission estimator role. We self-perform the work, which is a real advantage when you’re selling against companies that sub it out.
You’ll do
- Prospect and build relationships with property managers and boards
- Site visits, takeoffs and proposals for asphalt, concrete, sealcoat and striping
- Hand off sold work to our project managers and stay close through completion
You bring
- 3+ years selling or estimating paving, concrete, roofing or similar trades
- A book of South Florida contacts, or the hunger to build one fast
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
Residential Estimator

Sell and estimate driveways, private roads and small lots for homeowners and HOAs across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. You run the leads we generate plus your own, measure on site, price it, and close it. This is a commission sales role with the same self-perform advantage our commercial estimators have.
You’ll do
- Same-day or next-day site visits on residential leads
- Measure, price and present asphalt, concrete and sealcoat proposals at the kitchen table
- Schedule sold work with our crews and follow up for reviews and referrals
You bring
- In-home or residential service sales experience (paving, roofing, pools, solar, HVAC or similar)
- Comfortable with commission sales and a fast close
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
Asphalt Crew – Laborer / Raker

The backbone of every paving job. You’ll rake and shovel hot mix behind the paver, set up and break down the site, run the plate compactor and keep the lot clean and safe. No experience needed. We train you to do it the U.S. Pave way: attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in how the lot looks when we leave.
You’ll do
- Hand-rake and lute asphalt to grade behind the paver
- Traffic control, cones, barricades and site cleanup
- Help load and unload equipment and tools
You bring
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift 50+ lbs
- Early starts: crews roll out between 5:00 and 7:00 AM, so you need reliable transportation to the shop
- Drug-free; valid driver’s license preferred
Paver / Roller Operator

Run the paver screed and finish rollers on commercial lots, overlays and new construction. You know how to hold grade, hit density and leave a smooth mat without roller marks.
You’ll do
- Operate paver, breakdown and finish rollers, milling machine, skid steer
- Set screed depth and slope, read grade stakes and plans
- Daily equipment walk-around and basic maintenance
You bring
- 2+ years operating paving equipment on commercial or DOT work
- Understanding of compaction, joints and drainage
- Clean driving record; CDL a plus
CDL Class A Driver

Haul hot mix from the plant to our jobs and move equipment on lowboys around Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Local runs only; you’re home every night.
You’ll do
- Drive dump trucks and lowboy/tractor-trailer combinations
- Load, chain down and unload pavers, rollers and skid steers
- Pre-trip inspections, DOT logs and plant tickets
You bring
- Valid Florida Class A CDL and current medical card
- Experience hauling heavy equipment strongly preferred
- Willing to help on the crew when the truck is parked
Concrete Finisher

Form, pour and finish curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, catch basins and dumpster pads on commercial properties.
You’ll do
- Set forms and grade for flatwork, flow line and curb
- Place, screed, float, edge and broom finish
- Saw-cut, demo and replace damaged sections
You bring
- 3+ years finishing commercial concrete
- Knowledge of ADA slope and landing requirements
- Own hand tools preferred
Sealcoat & Striping Technician

Prep, crack-fill, sealcoat and stripe parking lots across South Florida using our TreadCoat® sealer. Much of this work happens after hours when lots are empty.
You’ll do
- Blow, scrape and edge lots; hot-pour crack filling
- Spray and squeegee sealcoat; lay out and paint lines, stencils and ADA markings
- Install signs, wheel stops and speed bumps
You bring
- Striping machine or sealcoat experience preferred; we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable with night and weekend schedules
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
