These Terms & Conditions apply to uspave.com and the U.S. Pave SMS program operated by US Asphalt, LLC d/b/a U.S. Pave (“U.S. Pave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our services, request estimates, and contact us. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
Website information does not establish project pricing, scope, availability, warranties, payment obligations, or scheduling. Those matters are addressed in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Submitting a form does not create a construction contract or reserve a project start date.
Website Materials
Website text, branding, images, and other materials belong to U.S. Pave or their respective owners. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
U.S. Pave Text Messaging Program
With your consent, US Asphalt, LLC d/b/a U.S. Pave sends text messages about requested estimates, site-visit reminders, scheduling, project updates, and customer support.
If you separately consent to marketing texts, we may also send promotions and special offers for paving, concrete, and property-maintenance services.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your selections determine which message categories you receive.
Voluntary Enrollment
You enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the relevant SMS consent option.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the number you provide. Please notify us if the number changes or is no longer yours.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to request an estimate, submit a form, or purchase services. Acceptance of these website terms does not independently authorize SMS messaging.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, project activity, and selected subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Unsubscribe
Reply STOP to the number sending our messages to cancel your SMS enrollment. We will send a final cancellation confirmation, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again.
You may rejoin by completing the opt-in process again.
