What does sealcoating do?
Sealcoating puts a fresh protective layer over your asphalt. It restores a deep black color and helps protect the surface from sun, water and everyday wear.
How do you measure my driveway?
We measure it from a high-resolution aerial photo of your home. You see the outline and square footage before you book. If a tree or car hides part of your driveway, drag the edges to fix it. It doesn’t have to be perfect: within 15%, your price won’t change.
What if the measurement is off?
Our crew measures on arrival. If it’s within 15% of the size you booked, your price stays the same. If your driveway is smaller than that, you pay less. If it’s larger, we show you the new price before we start, and you can say no.
Do you spray the sealer?

What if my driveway needs repairs first?
Sealer won’t fix a driveway that is breaking up. If yours has potholes or failing areas, we’ll recommend a repair first. Request a free repair estimate.
What if it rains?
We text you and move you to the next open day in your neighborhood. No charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just move cars out of the driveway and garage by 7 am.
When do I pay?
